I was so impressed with Joe that I introduced him to my father, who was looking to buy an investment property. I was looking for a house, not just any house... a guys guys kind of house. Doing a quick google search, I found Joe and he literally found the dream home in 1 day with 8 showings. Ironically, the one I bought wasn't one I selected to see, he found it for me. I gave him the criteria (ie: lake, pool, large yard... insert tim the tool man taylor bark here) and he found the ideal house. But he's not just the man's man house finder, he then found the ideal house for a man's man's mother.... if you're lost in this feedback; bottom line... hire Joe, he'll find you exactly what you want, need and call home.

From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Joe Hart was professional. Joe made the process less stressful because he is highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we always felt like a priority. At each step in the whole process, Joe came through with his commitment to excellence. He also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. Throughout our journey, Joe demonstrated immense patience and understanding of my situation. Whether we changed our minds about a short-term rental and decided to enter the buying market with a very short deadline or needed additional time for research or require more information on a particular area, he took it all in stride. We flew in from NJ and only had 4 days to either find our dream home or a short-term rental and after exploring both options Joe was able to find us our dream home on day 3. As mentioned above we were living out of state and weren't able to make it to our home inspection and Joe graciously agreed to be there on our behalf. Overall, we would 100 percent recommend Joe Hart.
Joe Hart is a wonderful realtor. He spent many hours driving us all over to look at houses. He listened to what I said and took me to see houses that would interest me. He helped with all the paperwork, inspection and walk-throughs with the builder.Joe complained about things and got things fixed that I might not have noticed or mentioned. He was a friend and if I had to buy another house, I'd use him again. I had a great experience with Mr. Joe Hart. Initially I filled out an online form for someone to get back with me, he called within minutes. We set up a date for him to look at my home, he honored the time and came prepared (also respecting COVID precautions). He made a bound book to show homes in my area that were comparable to mine. In addition he showed me a PowerPoint of all of the people that work with him at his office and what they do. It also included the various avenues they use to advertise. He gave me advice on what to leave/remove in the home before pictures were taken (he even offered to help) I did as instructed and he again honored our next meeting with the photographer, and placed a sign in my yard. The next day my home went “live” He uses an app to schedule showings which made it easy to schedule around. Needless to say it was painless, my home went up for sale on a Friday and I had 16 great offers by Sunday. Here it is one month later and I’m in the process of closing. Mr. Hart knows what he’s doing, is punctual, and is knowledgeable to any questions you may have.
